Ticket once sold or booked, it will not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Tickets are valid for one time entry only. Re-entry to Park is not permitted after you have made an exit
from the park.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-replaceable, if lost or damaged.
Tickets are not be re-sold or passed to any third party in any Circumstances, if anyone found to do this,
management of Atlantic Water World reserves the right to cancelled the ticket.
With your security in mind ticket holders of online tickets & Sr. citizen are required to Show the Valid ID
Card (such as Aadhar card, driving license or passport) to enable identification at the gate of Atlantic
Water World.
Ticket Pricing, Opening & Closing time, Performances, operating time, availability of rides and other
facilities are subject to change without any prior notice.
Customer are requested to kindly check your tickets/bands, food coupon & balance payment before leaving the
counter.
Guests are requested to please be polite & courteous to park staff & fellow guests, no offensive behavior
will be permitted in the premises of Atlantic Water World.
Certain rides at Atlantic Water World have age/ height/ weight restrictions posted at the entry to the
rides. It is important to ask the ticketing executive these in advance of your purchase to insure you
understand any limitations a member or ticket holder may encounter. Failure to read these in advance will
not constitute a refund.
Entry is free for children below the height of 90 cms only if accompanied by adults. They will not be
permitted on the certain rides.
Pregnant Women, individuals with heart conditions, nervous disorder, blood pressure, neck or back injuries &
those prone to epilepsy should not use the rides. Any form of skin or food allergy needs to be declared in
advance. Guests with skin allergy will not be allowed in pool/rides
Please wear appropriate swimming attire, recommended for water sports, i.e., nylon/lycra fabric. It is
mandatory to wear swimming costume before getting stepping into the water.
Sarees, dupatta, salwar kameez, formal pants, shirts, street clothes, long flowing clothing, scarves,
burkas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires,
underwear and any Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back e.g. rivets, wetsuits swimsuit
with metal/buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and our slides will
not be permitted.
Lockers and costumes are available on rental basis and subject to availability. Loose items (including neck,
wrist and hand jewellery, watches etc.) are not allowed to be taken into the water slides and must be left
in lockers provided, although Atlantic Water World accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss of
articles or damage. At the park lockers are available on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. If you lose the
Costumes/locker keys your deposit will not be refunded.
All guests are requested to take a shower before entering the water.
Bringing outside food or alcoholic beverages into Atlantic Water World is strictly prohibited.
Person found under the influence of alcohol and any other Intoxication will not be permitted inside Atlantic
Water World.
Licensed/unlicensed weapons, dangerous articles including sharp objects, pets, cigarettes, any alcoholic
beverage and any tobacco products are not allowed inside the park.
Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. The management will not be responsible for any loss
of articles.
Specially & Wheelchair-bound guests are requested to asked assistance at Security Check Point.
Atlantic Water World Management reserves the right to deny admission or to ask anyone to leave the premises
in case of failure to comply with the rules & regulations of Atlantic Water World.
Customers are not permitted to use the rides without proper swimming costumes. Only nylon & lycra swimwear
are allowed on ride/slide.
Lockers & Costumes are available on rent.
Any kinds of medical ailments and conditions need to be declared before entering the park.
The price and other terms and conditions can be changed by the management without prior notice.
Any form of jewellery, wearable accessories and loose item are not allowed on rides/slide.
Rights of admissions are reserved with the management.
Management will not be responsible for the loss or damages to any article while visiting any of the
attractions.
The Water Park accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit Cards and Net Banking for transactions made / being
made online for booking at website. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
It is mandatory to carry the email/SMS confirmation of e-ticket to the ticket counters to avail entry to the
parks. Online bookings will be verified at the Special Ticket Counter and after verification actual tickets
will be allocated to the guests. There is no refund for the online bookings.
It is mandatory to carry the card from which booking was made in original with a valid Indian ID Proof for
Authenticity.
A maximum of 20 tickets can be purchased on a single transaction. The Water Park may however, vary or amend
the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased on a single transaction considering the functionality
factor. Tickets are available for Single Entry of Atlantic Water World New Delhi.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. The Water Park does not refund or adjust
the amount against any other event or ticket after a ticket has been purchased by the User.
Some Orders will be processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been
verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order
that can delay processing and delivery. In these xa
If the Water Park is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, the Water Park may cancel your order and
may sell your tickets to another customer.
The Water Park reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees
based on certain completed transactions for using the Water Park’s services. The Water Park further reserves
the right to alter any and or all fees from time to time, without notice.
Children with height 3 feet and above will require a separate ticket. No ticket shall be required in case
the height of a child is less than 90 centimeter. The Water Park may however change the height criteria at
any time without any notice
The Water Park does not have any exchange or refund policy and prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket
has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email. This needs to be shown at the
ticket counter to get a physical ticket(s).
SMS confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the
ticket counter to get a physical ticket(s). • Validity: Bookings will be valid only for the date of visit
chosen by you during the online transaction.
Offer tickets booked/purchased are valid for same day visit only!
Cancellation Policy: Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
Promo code might have a start and end date.
The Water Park reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
Offer may not be combined with other offers. Each promo code applies only to qualifying items.
Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. Promo Code Discount is not applicable on Senior Citizen
Tickets.
Those need to be booked separately without using the Promo Code.
If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid.
